Personal Training Cardiff

At SC-Fitness Personal Training, your individual needs are carefully considered as I create a unique, tailored personal training programme to help you achieve your goals.

When training with me, you will benefit from personalised 1-2-1 sessions and a continuous support package which allows me to guide you throughout the process. We will begin your journey by a short assessment which will allow me to create a bespoke programme, taking into account your current fitness level, any injuries and nutrition. I will then guide through a comprehensive programme of health and fitness development including all training, diet and lifestyle components.
