During the four weeks I progressed from squatting with 8kg kettlebell to 40kg barbell. And deadlifting 16kg kettlebell to 40kg barbell. This is something I would never have done by myself at the gym. Sian was there to give that bit of encouragement to push me that little bit harder than I would have by myself. I would recommend Sian to anyone. “I started training with Sian via her online coaching service at the start of February 2018. I had got myself into a bit of a rut with fitness and nutrition following hip surgery in 2017 - I had gained a fair amount of weight and my fitness levels were the lowest they’d been in years, and I was really struggling to get on top of it. Sian really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me to make achievable and meaningful goals. She took into account my injury history and took the time to research exercises that would be beneficial for me in continuing my rehabilitation. She also took into account the fact that I live a very busy lifestyle, and gave me workouts that are quick and effective and fit around my other commitments.
