Sometimes she’s helping to dress Barbie’s whilst training us... sometimes she’s watching ‘princesses’ doing press ups! & she’s also very good at cuddling crying babies while mummy pumps some iron! Sian is patient, fun, adaptable, professional & we’ve all felt a massive benefit from our weekly workouts.
