Online Group Coaching

Project Six - an Online group Coaching Program that could be what you’re looking for if:

  • You want to improve your health and get out of the all-or-nothing mindset by learning sustainable, longterm habits.

  • You'd like some motivation to get started with a supportive, reassuring coach who will help you with your individual goals.

  • You want to be part of a fantastic, inclusive community.

  • You need some structure and guidance with your training and nutrition.

  • You need some accountability to stick with your training and nutrition consistently

  • You're fed up of trying new workouts and/or diets and never really seeing results.

  • You're ready to invest in yourself!

WHAT YOU GET AS PART OF PROJECT SIX:

  • All workouts will be delivered by my coaching app where you'll have your own profile.

  • The focus will be on helping you to build habits in line with your goals, in a sustainable way that you can continue on with after the 6 weeks.

  • You'll have access to 3 x workouts per week (a mix of strength, cardio and mobility) which come with video demonstrations and 'LIVE / follow along' classes.

  • Workouts can be done at HOME and the GYM so that you can choose the which suits you best.

  • Nutrition guidance, support and digestible tips to eat in a way which suits your goals and lifestyle.

  • Ongoing support will be given via contact with me as well as a group chat where you'll be part of a motivating, like-minded community.
